“Grookey! Grookey, where did you go?”

“Grookeeeyyy!”

There’s a happy chirp from one of the trees and suddenly Ash finds himself with a faceful of monkey. The force of the jump isn’t enough to set him off balance this time and he pries the happily babbling Pokémon off of his head.

“Goh, I found it!” he yells in the direction of the other boy, who comes running at the sound of his voice. “No sign of my cap though,” he says as Goh reaches the two, Pikachu at his heels.
